Emails generated by Lanceva are AI-assisted drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any outreach. Lanceva does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of generated content.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Lanceva / Polsia. Content you create using the Service (emails, campaign data) remains yours.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lanceva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@lanceva.com.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
